Foundations for Success (9th Grade)
Students explore leadership styles, strengths, and ambitions while developing public speaking, presentation skills, and digital literacy. They also begin their 25-hour volunteer commitment by engaging in meaningful service opportunities. This course emphasizes serving others and building confidence.

Community and Local Leadership (10th Grade)
Students expand leadership skills through local community engagement, nonprofit exploration, and hands-on projects. Students complete 25 volunteer hours, partnering with organizations and applying leadership in real-world contexts.
Sample Projects: Teaching financial literacy via Junior Achievement, organizing community events like the Ugly Sweater Run or Junior/Senior Prom

Leading with Cultural Intelligence (11th Grade)
Focus: Students explore leadership across diverse cultural contexts and global communities. Students complete 25 volunteer hours, engaging in service that deepens understanding of diverse perspectives. Ethical decision-making, respectful collaboration, and cultural awareness are emphasized.
Sample Projects: Restaurant and global cuisine exploration, Kiva organization partnerships, recognizing small acts of service

Capstone Leadership (12th Grade)
Focus: Students apply their leadership skills in a capstone project. 75 volunteer hours are required, in addition to previous volunteer experience.
Projects can focus on:
- Career Focus: Internship
- Nonprofit Focus: Project/Event
- School Focus: Clubs/Projects
Includes workshops, guest speakers, and leadership book club (Atomic Habits, Wooden on Leadership, Radical Candor, Leadership on the Line).
