All participants need to have a current physical on file with the athletic department before they can participate. Physicals are good for a full calendar year. Physicals can also be emailed to [email protected] or brought into the athletics office.
Walk-In sports physical can be done at all UCHealth Urgent Cares in Longmont. The cost is $30.
