In the St. Vrain Valley School District (SVVSD), students who are enrolled in 11th or 12th grade, who demonstrate academic preparedness, are eligible for the Concurrent Enrollment Program (CE). Concurrent Enrollment is a tremendous opportunity for our students to experience college while still in high school and provides access to academic courses that are not available at Silver Creek. Students are eligible to enroll in up to two classes per semester at either Front Range Community College or CU-Boulder.
Students interested in participating in the Concurrent Enrollment program should meet with their respective counselor during the semester prior to the one in which they’d like to take college courses. Information about the program, deadlines and a checklist can be found at this link: Concurrent Enrollment checklist
Students should see their respective counselor to learn more about concurrent enrollment or to see if concurrent enrollment is a good fit for them.
