La carrera «Sunrise Stampede 5K», que se celebrará en agosto, destinará los fondos recaudados a becas para profesores del SVVSD

La 38.ª edición de la carrera de 5 km y la carrera popular «Sunrise Stampede» se celebrará el 12 de agosto en Longmont con el fin de recaudar fondos para los profesores del distrito escolar de St. Vrain Valley.

El recorrido tanto de la carrera de 5 km como de la carrera popular de 1 milla comienza y termina en Silver Creek High , situado en el 4901 de Nelson Road. La Fundación Educativa de las Escuelas del Valle de St. Vrain organiza esta carrera cada verano para dar inicio al curso escolar y recaudar fondos para las becas de innovación destinadas a los profesores de educación especial y salud mental del SVVSD.
