Hilarie Roberts

  • M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction: Mathematics and Literacy, University of Colorado Denver
  • B.S. in Applied Mathematics with emphasis in Electrical Engineering, University of Colorado Boulder, College of Engineering

After graduating from CU Boulder I spent a year and 3 months living and working in Concepcion, Chile. I returned to the U.S. and worked as an engineer in the medical device industry designing software for the control of robotic devices. I obtained my Master's degree and educator license from CU Denver and began teaching in 2007. Over the years I have taught Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Trig/Pre-Calc, IMP 1, IMP 2, IMP 3, and AP Statistics. I enjoy camping, hiking, and CU Basketball (Go Buffs!). I love my job because of my students: it's exciting to watch them grow and I learn at least as much from them as they learn from me.
